My name is Belidania “Belle” Oscar, and everything I do is rooted in faith, family, and purpose. I am a wife, mother, baker, author, and minister at heart called to serve God not only through words, but through everyday acts of love.

My passion for baking and storytelling was passed down from my mother, who poured the Word of God and life lessons into me and my siblings through ordinary moments. In the kitchen, around the table, and through her example, she showed us how to trust God, walk in faith, and live with intention. Those memories shaped who we are, and they continue to shape how I live and serve today.

Beyond Baked Blessings is more than a bakery; it's also my ministry. God is the foundation of this work, and I am simply honored to partner with Him. Every treat I bake, every story I write, and every resource I create is meant to encourage hearts, strengthen faith, and remind people that God is present in the details of everyday life.

Through my book Life Recipes: Cooking, Wisdom & Love with Nana, along with many devotionals, journals, and faith-based resources, I share messages of hope, resilience, and purpose for individuals and families alike. From baking to books, from devotionals to ministry, everything I create is designed to draw people closer to God and help them grow in faith one moment, one lesson, one blessing at a time.
